This Morning on Pix 11, Israeli Chef Erez Komarovsky Whips Up Israeli Cuisine
Chef Erez Komarovsky first rose to fame with his popular chain of bakeries, Lechem Erez, helping popularize artisan breads throughout Israel. Watch the clip below of Erez on the Pix 11 Morning News and you’ll understand why people from all over the world now travel to the Galilee to experience his cooking workshops. The chef describes Israeli cuisine as “sunny”, “fresh”,” simple”, and a “dynamic” fusion of flavors as different as Russian to Moroccan. The artichoke salad he prepared on Pix 11 is a perfect example of his simple and fresh Israeli style. Erez Komorovsky will be cooking more of his contemporary Israeli cuisine on June 4th at the James Beard Foundation.
