		<description>North African Jews have their version for Schnitzel (but in its local judeo arabic language).  Resembles the Eastern European, but more spiced.  It was considered a very plain food and was eaten only during midweek days.  For Shabbat and Holidays, Moroccan, Algirian, Tunisian or Lybian Jews would have never dare to serve Schnitzel.</description>
