For the second year running, students at MIT decided to put their wits to making hummus at the MIT Hummus Experience. Last year, they came to the conclusion that the commercial brands of the chickpea spread were good, but too similar. So this year, event organizers solicited student input for new and better recipes. The results are in the Boston Globe.
