From E.T. to E.R., Steven Spielberg’s next project will take him to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Hospital.
In a new television series to premiere in 2011 on the Sundance Channel, Steven Spielberg, alongside Phil Rosenthal, most notable for his work on “Everybody Loves Raymond,” will be producing a reality show focused on a group of American doctors placed at the renowned multicultural hospital.
In a place where Arabs and Israelis, Christians, Muslims and Jews are all working in a high pressure environment, ethnicity and religion get checked at the door. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see how the show plays around with such interesting and powerful subtexts.

Great topic. Peerless! Hope the movie will be also featured on Arab[ic] big screens and at i.e. Tribecca Qatar. Arab[ic] Media does not miss an opportunity to stand against bridging for a genuine Peace. I believe Art, film making included, can make a change. Arts can make it.
Go! Spielberg. We, the people of Lebanon, value your work!
