That sounds so cool. This Jewish baby boomer is ready to release the weight and address the issues within so that any other integrated approach, better eating and exercise will occur easily without resistance. Just a quick fix probably will not be long lasting.
It was 41 years ago that I was in Israel as a teenager with a camp tour group. We climbed Mazada and listened to a British broadcast of the first moon landing. Boy I compared myself to the other girls in the group and thought I was fat then, I’d love to be that size now.
