Once in a while, here at isRealli we get exclusive invites to New York City events. Most of the time, we just can’t help ourselves but invite you, too.
Tonight, Le Poisson Rouge Art Gallery in New York City is celebrating the opening of its third exhibition by renowned installation artist Itamar Jobani – who just so happens to be Israeli. The show will consist of sculptures and video installations conceived by Jobani and installed specifically with the architecture of this swanky art gallery in mind.
Don’t miss a performance by London art-rock group CIAM to follow. This talented five-piece band – also Israeli-born – is the perfect complement to Le Poisson Rouge’s blend of art and revelry.

WHAT: Itamar Jobani’s opening exhibit & performance by CIAM
WHEN: Wednesday, May 27, 2009, 10 p.m.
WHERE: 158 Bleecker Street, New York
WHY: Because you love all things art and Israeli

COST: $12 at the door

Afraid you’ll miss the show? Don’t fret art lovers. Jobani’s exhibit, titled “Tectonic Collisions”, will be on display at Le Poisson Rouge until August 23, 2009.
