Israelis to Race Around the World for TV

Israel’s version of the hit American reality show “The Amazing Race” is set to hit the airwaves in the coming weeks, notes Haaretz. Certainly, the show seems to have a lot going for it–Israelis will get to see the world up close and personal by traveling (at least vicariously) to sites across the globe. At the same time, the article notes, the show reduces an entire country to one experience. It also means that these tourists running around the world will need to be on their best behavior–at least as much as you can be while trying to win a race.
