JPost reports on a new NGO that helps bring solar technology to rural African villages in Uganda, Ethiopia, and Tanzania. After a number of trips to locales all over Africa, Sivan Achor-Borowich founded Jewish Heart for Africa to address a pervasive lack of electricity to power lights and water systems. By spending relatively small sums of money to buy solar equipment, Borowich has already changed life for those helped by her generosity.
