Most of out posts on Israeli technology have been about computers, robots or other such devices. Not to belittle those kinds of really important discoveries and products, but technology can also encompass some seemingly simple concepts that hold great potential benefit.
Such, for example, is the story we read about fish farming in New York, a project of Grow Fish Anywhere, an Israeli company, and New-York based businesses. We, for one, didn’t realize the amount of expertise it takes to raise farmed fish–or that it could be such an important and growing industry, one that’s gained importance as the dangers of overfishing become more apparent.
