Ynet reports that Swedish clothing giant H&M will be opening a franchise in Israel. Though the company’s roots go back over 60 years, expansion outside Europe began only relatively recently. And now, you’ll be able to buy their clothes in Israel, too. No word yet on where the store will be, though.
In a cool aside, it seems as though a group on Facebook has been trying to get H&M to Israel for a while. Ynet (in a second article) reports that the company apparently acknowledged their efforts this week.
