It’s not news to us that hi-tech companies around the world have been setting up shop in Israel. We’re never sure, though, just what they’re doing in those glass buildings and what benefit we all get out of it. Well, JPost today has an answer, profiling the Israeli branches of companies like Google, Microsoft, and Cisco and discussing the true extent of their investment in the country. So keep an eye out on your next trip to pick up consumer electronics; you might just be buying a product with its genesis in Israel.
