Globes: Waltz Best Foreign Film

Well, the votes are in for the Golden Globes, and Waltz with Bashir and director Ari Folman came away with the award for best foreign film. CNN reports that Folman used his acceptance speech to call for peace in the region and a future that won’t look anything like his movie.

I felt the style of this movie was a bit exploitative and unoriginal. I haven't seen it yet, but from a technical standpoint it wasn't innovative like the comic book Maus.
