Bloggers’ Mission to Highlight Israel off the Beaten Path

Photo: Israel Ministry of Tourism
Israel, like any other country, has a few sites that get most of the attention from tourists–and deservedly so. Who could picture Israel without Tel Aviv and Jerusalem?? But there are other, more out-of-the-way places which are equally important to making the country what it is. Now, according to Ynet, the Foreign Ministry has decided to give those areas their well-deserved spot in the limelight and is sending a group of bloggers and photographers to tackle the challenge. They will take in sites important to Israel’s heritage in the Negev and Galilee as well as beaches and parks. Hopefully, these pictures will allow everyone to get a better idea of what Israel really looks like.
